It looks rather over exposed, and quite noisy it's also spoilt for me by the composition you've clipped of the top of the sky scraper :bang:

What Matt said to be honest. As an avid traveler and photographer to New York there are better viewpoints than this to get the top of the Empire in the shot.

yes a bit grainy if that is the intention... and not the most photogenic building
if doing new york from street level try to get the stars and stripes in
wall street that is

The street lamp in the top RHS corner also looks odd.

Lots of great places. Lived in New York for 5 years , sometimes taking pictures of the expected not in an expected way gives me inspiration.

The infrared plugin is weird but I like it
