Anyone out in the Manchester/ Lancashire area.. ( but will travel) out there willing to give a newbie help & advice on getting started??

I know its a lot to ask, but when it comes to learning I really am from the old Monkey see- monkey do way of learning.

I've got a Sony A200 and really want to be able to do it justice..

I'm a relative novice myself, but wouldn't mind coming out to play?? Have you thought about organising a Manchester meet in the 'Meeting Place' forum???
