Newbie wanting some pointers

Hi Stacey,
Both great ideas but #1 is too blown out on the light. Shame cus Ilike it otherwise.
I think #2 is a cracking picture but just lacks a little sharpness for me. I personally would raise the contrast slightly on the models face too, just to bring the harshness of the highlights down on the face.

I don't think your pics will get too harsh feedback to be honest. :)
 
Hi and welcome, shouldn't think you will get many harsh comments on these. First one is defferent, but cropped a bit too close, the eye's are just too close to the edge of the frame for me. The second is my fav, but just a bit to much hair covering the face.
 
Thanks for the comments guys! Both pictures were taken with natural ligt and I am still learning to control the sunlight better.

Both of these shots were actually complete accidents. I was trying to achieve something else and got these spur of the moment. I think both could do with a bit of sharpening I agree.
