Newbie work

Well.. I signed up here ages ago with the intention of getting loads of critique as I had bought a Canon EOD 450D because I wanted to get into phoptography.. Since then I have barely done anything with it. I have decided again that I want to make photography what I do and will seriously start working at it now. So, please have a look at some of my photos bearing in mind I am new to photography and my camera. All comments are welcomed and I eagerly await your feedback.

Hi, I would post a couple of the images up in the relevant section of Photo Critique and Sharing as you are more likely to get comments than just posting a link to your imageshack account

Is that link just going to my account, or to an album? Goes to album when I click :/ Could this thread be moved to relevant area, or should I just make a new one?

Going to my albums. You are best to direct link to one of your pics in the correct section, there. Is a tutorial on how to. Unfortunately cannot link to it as I am on my phone.

You'll have more sucess with critique if you put up image directly into forum (see others for example)

I gave up as the images take too long to load for me. The first image in the slideshow was out of focus.

Sorry if that comes over as harsh - not my intention, trying to help you get the best out of a great forum of helpful folk.
