South-East England Newhaven harbour arms access

I’m looking for a location for moonrise tomorrow and there looks to be a shot looking over Seaford on the south coast. But ideally you would be out on one of the harbour arms. Either the west one from Newhaven, or the easterly one at the end of Seaford beach.

Does anybody know whether you can access them from the beach and walk out along them?

I go down to beach head and the cliffs often but have never explored this end of the beach or the arms.

Any insights welcome.
