Nifty Fifty.....with a hair :@

Hey i just got a 50mm 1.8 and when i opened the box and lookes through the lens as you do just to make sure it was ok i noticed a hair. The hair is actually inside the lens on the rear glass. Is there any way of removing this or should i just ring cannon/send it back to where i got it from? il upload a photo later if need be.

If it's a new lens I'd get it replaced.

Return it to the supplier, it should come without the hair so send it back.

Return to seller if new, contact seller if bought 2nd hand. If both of those are not an option the rear glass is easily removable on the 50mm.
