Nikon 1.4 ii teleconverter.

Hi All,
I'm not sure if this is in the right section but I'm trying to find a Nikon 1.4ii tele converter for my Nikon 200-500mm lens but can't find one anywhere. By the looks of it it's not compatible with the iii version. Does anyone know we're I could find one? I have even checked eBay mpb with no luck.
