Just ordered one of these mostly for a second light small general view camera when ime out with my birding set up,just wondered what none 1 series lenses people use on them via the adapter.

I have a V1. To be honest, the native lenses are so good I just tend to use those. The adapter has its uses (e.g. Portraits with a 35mm 1.8) but I wouldn't say landscapes were really one of them.

Edit, sorry for some reason I thought you said you wanted it for landscapes

Mike, I have a V1 - great for close ups with the FT-1 ........ I use the Nikon 300mm f4 a great deal
