nikon 18-200 not very focused

hi there any help at all would be good here i am struggling to get a clear sharp image from my nikon d5000 with 18-200 lens just look realy blury and out of focus
 
best it to link to an example of it with the exif data intact so we can see what is going on.
 
It'll likely be either be too slow a shutter speed, or you are trying to focus to close to something and the lens cant do it.

Put up a picture and we will tell you

I'd start off by keeping the shutter speed higher than the focal length so effectively focal length x 1.6 = 150 x 1.6 = no less than 1/240

It also looks too bright, so increasing the shutter speed should help with getting the right exposure.
 
Oh just looking at the rest of the Exif, it states focus point mid-right and far right? Did you choose that? I don't know how many points the D5000 has and how far away from the correct focus is it. Perhaps instead of using AF-A you use AF-S so you nail the focus where you want it, rather than the camera guessing where you would like it.
 
VR on or off? You've also got +1 1/3 exposure compensation dialled in which is why it's overexposed.

Just to be a pedant, I'll point out that the D5000 is a 1.5 crop, not a 1.6. :)
