Nikon 300mm AF-I f/2.8 Help!!

Hi Guys!

Iam Looking to buy a Nikon AF-I 300mm f/2.8 but mostly they dont have a Tripod collar and I cant seem to get one online i take it because its too old I NEED A Monopod Because the lens weights a ton!! + Need the collar to Cary it Any Suggestions on where I can get one from or something :shake:

I thought that the tripod foot was an integral part of that lens. It is a rather low profile foot compared to the current designs.

Joe, just off topic slightly, but be careful with this lens - no issues generally with its sharpness but it focusses too slow to be of any real use for action. Don't buy one for sport and expect a good hit rate.
