Nikon 35-70mm F/2.8 AF

That is cheap.........:thumbs:

I have one and love it,crappy in certain light conditions, but sharp, light and great IQ.

I kept mine and flogged the 28-70 instead.
 
The AF version, I thought it was AF-D, but still took the gamble. Were 2 in the shop I visited, the other had a couple of very slight scratches on the front glass, so went with the other.

It seems nice enough, certainly better than the other two zooms I own, which are variable.

Wouldn't call it light though! D80 Gripped, lens and SB-600 Speedlight is some weight, for me anyway!
 
Compared to the 28-70, it is light, honest.....................:)
