I had one of these on crop and found it great.

Just wondered if anyone uses one on FF ?

If so, how do you find the vignetting ? I'll only be using it at the wide end.

Thanks.

Which end is the wide end?

When you say wide end do you mean at 35mm or 35mm?
I tried mine on a d800 in crop mode and it was excellent and still higher res then my d5100

I tried this on a D700 back when I had some DX lenses still, it was usable close up but at distance it vignetted severely.

Also messed about with mine, this is obviously close up wide open shot on 35mm film

Even at anything over a couple of feet it starts vignetting badly even wide open. Subject can only be 6-7 feet from me and i'm fairly certain this was f/1.8/f2, if i'd stopped down further it would have been worse. Shame as I love the focal length just can't use this lens on my D700 (i'm eyeing up a Sigma though ;))

I'd sell it on and get the FX version twist mentioned. Even if it means saving for a bit. I wouldn't bother using a DX lens on a FF body, just don't see the point. A cheap 50mm 1.8 will give you pretty much what you had using the 35 on DX - with better results I'd say.
