What's the situation regarding this sort of thing ?

Nikon 600 mm - f/4.0 G ED-IF AF-S VR for £1,173.05 - Normally about £7.5K

Then I realised the same seller has the 50mm f1.8 for £1,173.05

and every other lens is....£1,173.05

This price stood all day today - it was mentioned in an earlier thread but...........

Unfortunately the orders were cancelled. :( I never from the first moment thought I'd get anywhere, nor did anybody else but it was worth a try either way. :)

I would still love that 200mm f/2 though! :)
 
That's a bummer - great to hear that folk had a go though.

I'm sure nobody would have tried but - I wonder if they would have cancelled a deal on a 50mm 1.8 for £1,173.05 ?
 
Hmm, yes it makes you wonder. There was also an eyepiece extender on there for £1,173 too. Would have been interesting to plant an order on there for one just to see how honest they really are. :)
