Nikon 70-200 VR2 with 20TC III

anyone any experience with this combination 70-200 vr2 and 20TC III?
Would be using it for aircraft. merv

it's reputed to be a really good combination, if my 2.0TC III ever arrives i'll let you know, it's rarer than rocking horse droppings at the moment (unless anyone knows otherwise?)
