My new lens arrived this evening. I bought it from the Amazon warehouse page for £536. It was described as used but in fact it is brand new with warranty. All that is wrong is a dint in the box :D

I was looking at this lens recently but went for the 135mm f/2 DC. Very good price you got too, congratulations. Any reason you chose it over the Sigma?

I think I saw that one on there, very nice! Yeah unfortunately £550 is a good price for one these days it seems as I'm currently looking for one myself

It is new not second hand so £536 is a bargain. They sell secondhand on ebay for between £550 and £650.
