Nikon AF-area mode

There is 4 mode in D90
Single Point, Dynamic area, auto-area and 3D-tracking area

Which one is the best to use?

And also center area use normal mode or wide zone is better?

looking at the lenses you have i would say you prefer portrait and landscape type of pictures so would think dynamic would be best suited but as others have pointed out making a little effort to read the manual etc would be better than starting a post.
