Nikon AF Fine Tune

I gave my girlfriend my old d5000 as she's getting into photography, but it's back focusing quite a bit. The body doesn't have AF fine tune...does anyone have a ballpark figure of how much Nikon charge to fix this?

She only has one lens (which is new) so we can't establish that until I see her next week with two of my lenses to test exactly that. Just wanted to get an idea of price if it was the body.
