Hi
Have not been into photography for long, still learning the basics. I currently own a Nikon D90 with 70-300mm and and 18-105mm lenses.
Have just moved and we are now close to a river and I would like to get shots of kingfishers and otters which we have seen. I was thinking of buying the Nikon AF-S DX 35mm f1.8G lens which would hopefully be used for close ups of the grandchildren as well. Please could anyone advise if they think this is a good lens for the above, especially the wildlife as I can get pretty close to the subjects using a hide. Thanks for any views. Chris
