No
I've just bought a Nikon 85mm f/1.4 AIS MF lens which has to be the sharpest lens i've ever seen, i'm about to be the owner of a 1D MkIIN so wasthinking of mounting it on that via one of these adapters.

They vary for £10 to £60 on ebay with this one seeming to fit the bill somewhere in the middle

Ken Rockwell says this one is the correct thickness but it works out at £50 ish with the current exchange rate

anyone tried one before I break my lens/camera in half :D

Nope...

Only the devil himself has tried that.....he had hot pokers shoved up his bum and was banish to walk the kitchenware isle in Cleethorpes Poundland for all eternity....

Poundland.....*shudders*

Post pics if yerr bum aint to sore....:)

I think it would cause a TP paradox if I posted a picture of a Canon Body with a Nikon lens on it, the site would meltdown never to be seen again . :D

I think I'm going to order this and give it a go

If its any consolation, I'm about to pull the trigger on a Canon 35mm, just to shoot M42 lenses with, not interested in Canon lenses.

We can compare bum burns..:)
