Hi where is the best place to get Nikon Body caps....my local shops are asking stupid prices for them............

eBay - 27 results for Nikon body caps in UK - from £1.99
 
I picked up a body cap and lens end cap as a pair on my last order from 7dayshop for about £2-3 just to leave in the camera bag in case I lost one. Might be worth checking there too.
 
I bought about 8 sets from hong kong via ebay as I'm forever losing them, cost me about a tenner
 
Cheers everyone...I will get some of ebay...the shops are just taking the **** asking £8-10 for a piece of plastic :cuckoo:

Pinch BODY caps?

Next time I do a 7day order, I'm planning on adding a couple of body caps to have a play at making a couple of pinhole "lenses". Thinking one that's just the cap with a pinhole to sit straight on the body and another with kitchen roll tubes (or similar) as a zoom.

I no longer have Nikon Gear......but have found an odd Body Cap......PM me your address and I will post it to you no good to me !

Received....... will pop it in post box tomorrow, don't know whether there is a collection as it's bank holiday monday, at the latest you should receive on Wednesday.

It keeps getting moved from place to place here, so glad I've found a good home for it before I lose it too....

hahaha it will definitely be on the camera pal...I would not risk posting a camera out with no body cap fitted...but I still need to find 3 more ...god knows whey I have put them when I moved house
