Nikon CL-30S case - are they still available & where can I get one??

Totally a shot in the dark - but does anyone know where I can get hold of a Nikon CL-30S leatherette case from if there is any available... Amazon did do them but they're no longer available...

or even better if someone has one that they dont need or is going spare

No worries now as sourced a Bronica 75mm f2.8 lens case which does the job quite nicely.....
