Nikon CLS Book recommendations please

There are a number of books about the Nikon Creative Lighting System on the market, anyone used any and can recommend them or any best avoided? Seem to get mixed reviews sometimes eg just a re-hash of the supplied manual. Or anyone got (a good) one that they want to sell?
