Nikon CLS training

Hi ... anyone know of a good training DVD ( apart from the Joe McNally guides ) that covers in depth the use of Nikon Flash in a wireless studio environment. I have 3 SB-900's and am starting to prefer using these instead of my rather bulky Interfit kit ..
