The older Nikon SB-28 offers FP sync but whether it offers it with your body is another matter.
I'd stick with the newer Speedlights simply for the benefits of Nikon's Creative Lighting System. Of those you listed, the 800, 900 and 910 are the most versatile as they can work in commander mode too.
For me the benefits of CLS far outweighs any cost savings buying a non CLS compatible 3rd party offering might bring.
I understand that the Nissin Di866 claims to be compatible with CLS, though how compatible/reliable it is I don't know as I've not used any Nissin flash guns.
