Found this by accident on my internet travels.

Pretty interesting to see all the lens elements laid out. It's mad to think how they must design a lens.

Any idea which model it is?

I'm a Canon user but looks like a D2 or D3 (body is all one piece instead of seperate body and grip).

It's a D3. It was from one of the shows earlier this year.

Pretty funky. The camera museum here has a couple of transparent camera bodies and cut away lenses. Pretty amazing to see the design and intricacy that goes into even the low end kit.

Yea it's a D3. Just think that it'll be half price as well as it's half a camera. So not £3000 more £1500

I wonder who has the other part?!? hmmm
