Looking to get back into photography, however not 100% sure what to go for

My budget is £300 for camera and a lens, had nikons in the past.

I would mainly be using it for taking wildlife pictures / landscapes / my Dogs so needs to be fastish so i can freeze the shot of them coming out of water and shaking etc.

Would this setup work okay or any other suggestions?

I have a D200 with a few lenses, including an 18-135 ( haven't used this lens yet though) Brilliant camera and very cheap now considering what they cost a few years ago. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't do what you want as long as there is enough light.
You might want to consider a Tamron 28-75 f2.8 if you can find one, it's a nice fast lens that performs well above its price

The D200 is a fine camera but doesn't like ISOs much over 800. Plenty of light and you'll love it.
