Quick back story. I bought a D2X on ebay last week mainly because I miss the D2XS that I used to have and really fancied another. I got the camera yesterday and it's in nice condition but it is back focussing horribly, i.e missing focus by several inches. This is the case for all lenses so I've isolated the problem to the camera itself. The seller has been excellent and is quite happy to refund me in full so no issues there.
Before I send it back I just wanted to check that there is nothing simple I can check. The seller is certain that the AF was working fine before so I wonder if something simple could have been knocked in transit or similar and there may be simple fix I can carry out and maybe save both the seller and I a little hassle. Anybody got any good ideas?
