Nikon D3: Preview Images with Sub Command Dial ?

on my D700 I had it setup so that when I was playing back images, I could go to the next one by rotating the rear sub command dial.

Does anyone know how to make the D3 do this

Turn them on in some menu option.
Hold on till i grab mine...

Custom setting menu (pencil) > f Controls > f*7 Customize command dials > Menus and playback > on.
