Does it matter? I thought the "s" was using the same body anyway.
 
Probably fake, the D300 must be nearing the end of it's life, an "s" upgrade won't cut it in today's market.
 
Could be real, only difference seems to be the addition of a microphone, though only one by the looks of it. :shrug:

Mono HD video anyone? ;) :lol:

Why won't it?

When the D300 is still considered the best of the APS-C DSLR's

D300s is just an update with added Video & some tweaks to the buffer & Sensor nothing more basically to keep up with the Jones.

The D400 won't come till Sony Releases it's new Sensor which will go into the replacment for the A700, so no D400 till back end of Summer next year.

Me I have no intrest in video so won't be getting one.

As long as they improve high ISO capbilities in the next version I don't need anything else.
Even now I think D300 is still the best crop sensor DSLR on the market, I miss mine terrably and wish I never gave it away.
 
Well there no mic thingy on it so it just a D300 that somebody done some poor editing :)

I want to go fullframe so I gave my D300 and 18-200 lens to a young jornalist to take to the middle east. he is a very good photographer and couldnt afford a decent kit so I gave it to him. now I have problem finding a good deal on the D700 I'm thinking about waiting for the next version of the D300 to come out.
