Nikon D3100 Charging

First of all hello TP! New to the SLR world and finding it to be a very interesting learning curve.

My first questions quite a simple one: I want another Nikon battery (EN EL14) for the camera; can anyone recommend where to buy? Cant seem to beat £40.
Ive come to the decision aswell that an in car charger would be very handy. Problem is i cant seem to find one? Can anyone point me in the right direction? Having not purchased equipment before I dont know where to shop but im sure you can point me in the right direction.

£40 seems to be a good price for the EN EL14. As far as in car chargers go they seem to exist from Hong Kong and I found an similar item that B&H used to sell but nothing seems to be for the D3100 battery just yet.
