You have to wonder whats going on with entry level DSLR prices. Can they get much cheaper? What will be the knock on effect with used kit (entry level and better)?
 
Thats really cheap,don't know how they do it for that price with kit lens:shake:
 
As an olympus user I guess I have to say that it is because the kit lens is carp.

With Nikon having a fairly decent spec'd cam and lens for such low money, how do they justify charging so much for a grip for the D300!
 
I'm wondering if they are all taking lessons from the injet printer crowd.

Dirt cheap body, expensive everything else.

Gutted I just bought a fuji bridge for £180 with this and the 400dfor £200 at sainsburys......

because people who are willing to spend a grand on a body, will spend £200 on a grip.

Its like pro lenses, 55-200 £179.99, 70-200 £1299.00

There is no way on earth it costs a grand more to produce a 70-200, but if you need f2.8 you will pay it.
