Nikon D50 D90 lens compatability

Hi, I have done a brief search on here but nothing has come up.
I have also googled it and it looks like I can but I would like some more opinions, can anyone tell me if the lenses between Nikon D50 and D90 are compatible?

Hi Lee, yes any lens that fits a D50 will fit and work fully on a D90 and vice versa.

But be aware that the D40 and D60 will not necessarily autofocus with all the lenses. The D50 and D90 both have a screw drive focus motor built in to the camera body, whereas the D40/D60 and the current entry level models do not and need the lens to have a built in motor.
