Nikon D50 noise/interference/problems?

Yes
Just signed up here to ask this, so sorry if I'm posting in the wrong place ect!

I'm not exactly a beginner, but I have a problem with the photos coming from my Nikon D50, and I'm not sure what it is or how to fix it.
I've been using a D3100 with no problems, but that was dropped (long story, not my fault :p ) so now I'm using the D50 I got last year. I've not taken many pictures with it, so I'm just learning how to use it, but its an entry level, so its pretty easy.

But I have a problem with purpley spots/lines on the pictures? I have no idea what it is, but no matter what mode I shoot with or lens I use, these spots and lines are there. I've had the lens and camera cleaned professionally, with no help, so it's going back on Wednesday for another look.

(Don't judge the photo, literally taken just to show the problem!)

Any suggestions on what it could be or how I can fix it? Thank you!

Are they always there / in the same place ?

At first I thought hot/stuck pixels but I've never seen that many ?

Is it worse at longer shutter speeds ?

At a wild guess, I'd say it's something to do with the Bayer filter. Perhaps it's moved slightly, or wasn't fitted properly in the first place.

It's the same at all shutter speeds, in the same place and they're there on pretty much every photo. Sometimes they're not in the exact same place, but they're always there somewhere.

Thank you, Stratman, I'll look into it/ask about it when the camera's taken in!

Are they on Raw or JPEG images? I'd try it in raw and see if the same think happens?

Are you using a high ISO (above 400)?

It happens on both Raw and JPEG.
And happens on all ISO.
Its happening on literally everything I've tried with it, and I have no idea what it is or why!
