Nikon D750 & D780

I read tthe opposite to above is one of the "how to set up your d750 guides", will post link when/if I find it again. Tried putting in neg but looked dark to me so put back to 0

talking about lens :) nikon 24mm 1.8 versus 20mm 1.8 ?
 
I am currently using an iPad screen protector cut to size and it works fine just like any other protection film. Decided to go for Brotec as it will fit better than my shoddy craft skills. :D

If you don't have anything wider than 24, go for 20 1.8. It is a fantastic lens. I might get one.

Someone should write to Nikon and say they can add another feature to D750 in their marketing brochure - you can play the rattler game when you are not using the D750 for taking photographs :D
 
Here's a tech question. With the D600/610, I used to have Auto WB (raw) with the SB700 mounted on top or off camera. The resulting white balance used to be excellent with not much need to change. With the D750, I see that Auto WB produces a much warmer image with SB700. Changing the WB to 'Day light' in post sorts out the issue with a slight hint of magenta which again can be fixed easily.

There is a flash WB option also, but I found it unreliable on the D750.

Just wondering what others are using as WB when used with a Speedlight.
 
Don't think there any rattle on my d750 :)

Usually I will leave mine set to auto 2. Can easily be sorted in post if needed.

Ahh must have missed that, think this thread should be renamed to "New posts" new dyson will help keeping the sensor clean I suppose- got to look on the positive side:)

Least I have a D750 to clean ;) and yes my Mrs used my GAS funds for a new vacuum cleaner, even though our old one was fine.:confused:

And they've just released a replacement (I think) for the one she bought, obviously had t kept an eye on dysonrumours.co.uk
