Nikon D810 video question

I am looking for advice on frame rate to set the video recording at , I have the option of 1080 @60/50/30/25 and 24 FPS which I want to use. Please correct me if wrong the shutter speed double the frame rate.. This is for use in the UK I believe it is a bit different in the USA



Any help most appreciated and a thank you in advance if i don't get back to reply

Setting the shutter speed to double the frame rate is just a rule of thumb. You can use any shutter speed you want as long as its more than 1/24th second but if you want the standard film look with the standard level of motion blur go for 1/50 second.
