Apologies if this in the wrong section, but can anyone advise me the best, easy to understand book on the D90 please? I have the manual but it's a bit dry I find, telling you what the various functions do without really telling you why or giving examples of where they may be used.

1) Thom Hogan's "The Complete Guide To The Nikon D90" - www.bythom.com - this is an pdf file on CD with printed short guide and other additional items
2) Darrel Young's "Mastering The Nikon D90" - available from Amazon

Thom Hogan for me . Don't print it off like I did though as its over 700 pages. Used up all the ink in the works printer :nono: Much easier to read now than off a laptop.
