Nikon D90 question

Does the Nikon D90 have a mirror lock up facility and where is it in the menu? ...

I'm Canon user and just been asked this by a friend and I've no idea

It has a mirror lock up for cleaning only, but in the settings you can have shutter delay to prevent mirror slap.

Thanks Dougie.. Is this just the same as a timer delay before taking the shot?

Press the shutter button and mirror goes up, and then there's a delay before shutter operation. I think it's two seconds, just enough for vibrations to stop.
