Opinions please

Thanks

F1.2

As its hobby use under £500 please , Just for the odd day out and about

The lenses I have are used with a F100 body

Unless these are DX lenses (I haven't checked) I would say a D700 would be a very good bet. :)

Nikkor F AF D ED 70-300
Nikkor F AF D ( IF ) 28-105
NikKOR F AF D 50MM

D700 can be found under £500. Full Frame Nikon and is still a very capable camera today.

+1 if you want a FF body, otherwise D7100.

Regarding a dx choice, I'd go for the D7200 over the 7100. FX choice would still be D700 and much better than a DX alternative in my eyes. I still have a D7000 that got lots of use (wife now uses it) but it sat unused and lonely once I got a D700. It's now pining away as the D750 is now the camera of choice. I do a lot of natural/ambient light photography and when the light gets dim and I can't use a flash I need a good high ISO body.

D7100 - very good just get a really fast SD card otherwise you may curse the buffer... (I have one)
D7200 - just a bit better - & more expensive..

The OP got FX lens, i.e 50mm and 28-105mm. Those focal length would be much better on the D700. Not to mention the OP previously were using Nikon F100.

Definitly D700 if you want similar.
