Nikon ENEL15 battery recall

Wasn't everyone who had one of these notified about a year ago?
 
Yep, i was notified about a year ago too, good thing is though for some reason they just kept on sending me a new battery via DHL every couple of weeks, i only originally had 1 affected battery but ended up with 4 brand new one's in it's place!!!! Result!

Hi, Now that's what I call a result, it seems that I'm one of the unlucky ones as the serial numbers on mine did not coincide with the ones that needed changing.
