Nikon equivalent to Canon

Hi

I'm currently a Canon user and was just wondering what the Nikon equivalent would be to the following in case I decide to change, which I may.

Canon 60D or 7D (although I know the D300s is the same as 7D)
Canon 15-85
Canon 50mm 1.4
Canon 70-300 non-L
Canon 100mm macro
Speedlite 430exII

I'm looking for the same quality and similar price range.

Also what sort of cost second hand for them.

Canon 15-85 ,------- 16-85mm.£489 nikon slightly cheaper than the canon.
Canon 50mm 1.4 ------ nikon 50mm f1.8 afd or 50mm afs 1.4 £309 about same price
Canon 70-300 non-L------70-300mm vr or 55-300mm, about the same price.
Canon 100mm macro-------- nikon 105mm macro.£639 nikon cheaper than the canon.
Speedlite 430exII ------------ nikon sb600/0r 700 sb700 is about £260 so slightly dearer than the canon but you can get an sb 600 cheaper which is the older model.

60d----------- nikon d7000
canon 7d ------d300/s

Thanks Scott. Would you say that setup is better or worse than the Canon or is there a better choice of lens that would cover walkabout, portrait prime and zoom (300mm ideally).

Similar budget. Not too bothered about the macro.

hi colin its hard to say as i have not used most of that kit and none of the canon, i would of thought there was not much in it.
also it all comes down to budget really, also what canera you will be using the lenses on.
prime lens maybe a sigma 85mm f1.4, and zoom 70-300mm really.
