as a Film shooter (okay, lapsed) and Wristwatch guy this kind of piqued my interest...

then I saw the Watch



The F's are built like tanks, the watch should have been Brass with distressed PVD black coating at the very least...

Certainly deserves more than some cheap-ass quartz movement - imagine something like this in the back of the case...

I agree that it looks like a cheap 'homage' watch on the face though. Looks like they were all snapped up by buyers in China pretty quickly though for resale.

They should have faked a bullet hole in the glass, then they could have avoided putting any mechanism at all in it.

I'm a great fan of the Nikon F and I do like to occasionally wear a good looking watch, unfortunately this is not going to be added to my collection.
