Yes
Anyone have or used a Nikon FG-20 in the past?

I dug out all my old cameras today and I totally forgot I had one. I have never run a film through it. It used to be my granddads and when he past away in 2001 my nan gave it to me.

So is it worth running a film through or is it an average camera?

It's a nice little camera and certainly worth using -- did it come with any lenses?

If someone was looking to buy one, I'd suggest going for the earlier FG due to the extra functionality, but as you have the 20 ...get a few different films and see which you like best.

Yeah it came with Tokina 28mm f/2.8, Nikon E Series 50mm f/1.8 and Bell & Howell 80-205mm f/4.5 Macro lenses.

Great - it will also work nicely with AI, AIS, Series E, AF, AF-I, and AF-D lenses. ...and the early AF-S lenses before they removed the aperture ring -- non G ones.

You might want to have a look at the recent tread on changing light seals as you'll probably find they need changing - it's a really easy job.
