Could someone measure the front of a Nikon HB-7 (80-200mm f/2.8 AF-D 2ring hood) as I'm trying to find out if it's wider at than the HN-28.
The reason for this is because I've got a Think Tank Hydro 70-200 but the strap at the front where you tighten it to the lens hood is a bit slack on the HN-28, so am trying to find out if the HB-7 is any wider. Otherwise I'll have to get a HB-29 with an adaptor (70-200mm hood) as the petal hoods are much wider than these that go on the 80-200mm
