They do an 18-55 af-s kit lens , i was just wondering if they ever did an af-d equivalient? Maybe not the exact focal lengths but close. I just want a wide zoom with an aperture ring to stick on my fuji x-e1.

Don't think there was an 18-55 with an aperture ring closest you would get is probably the old 35-80, 28-80mm etc. Won't solve your problem though if you are looking for something a little wider. 18-35 maybe?
