Nikon: Lens to cater for gap between 50mm and 120mm

Hi all,

Other than the well known 24 - 120mm lens distance, is there anything else decent which covers the focal range between 50mm and 120mm?

I have the Tamron 17 - 50mm f/2.8 and the sigma 120mm - 400mm f4.5 - 5.5 or whatever it is.

My camera is the D7000 by Nikon

Simply excellent on a D7k.

Or are you wanting a zoom?

Did wonder about that yesterday actually, but I'm still unsure of what's available, so trying to take account of all options.

Primes are a possibility as the glass would undoubtedly be better for the price.

I've never personally owned it, but the Sigma 50-150 f2.8 is by all accounts a nice piece of glass.
