nikon nifty fifty pricing

I'm guessing it's that, the argos one is not in stock, and when it is back in stock the price will go up to ~£120..

im pretty sure when i first set that page as a favourite it was only £90 AND had stock, I just didnt have the cash at the time.

yeah. I think the prices changed 1 or 2 months ago and some places had stock at the old price for longer.

yeah, i was in the same position a month ago. found plenty places selling it for £90 but none in stock.

ended up paying £110 at my local photo shop

Ah right....What do you think of it up to now? I'm thinking of getting one for my family holiday. Money is tight but I can afford £100ish for a good lens. Im thinking it will get good results in dull light clubs at night being F/1.8?

Calumet have them for £104.99 at the moment if you've got one near you, otherwise you would have to pay P&P. (Calumet on Nelson street in Nottingham have limited stock)

I wouldn't be without mine, that's for sure. For the money it is crazy not to have one, sharp as a tack and fun at wide apertures.

I like mine but as I'm using a D40 it's manual focus which makes it difficult to use if the subject is moving at all.

Having said that, all my best shots have been taken using it.

I have one and it is great, stick a post in the wanted section, thats what I did, got mine for £80 delivered.

Just googled them....cheers, I have one local

I live right by that shop lol. They have a nice array of Nikon gear.

I bought one on here not long back for £70, was £70 because it has a little scratch, but it's not even noticeable.

I see 50mm f1.8's for sale on here all the time. There is currently one on for £90 delivered stating it is saving the buyer £30.

To confirm, the Nikon MSRP went up to £120 so prices will be at or around that level when current stock runs dry.
