Hi where can I get a Nikon remote cover cap in the UK for a Nikon D200 as I am having problems locating one....Jessops ordered me one but I have been waiting weeks now for it to arrive...I also need the cap for the flash socket too...Any help much appreciated

apparently if you order stuff from nikon spares they'll throw ones in FOC. failing that, people sell them on ebay. I wouldn't worry if I were you, I took them off my cameras with those style caps and put them in the box - never had any problems in whatever weather.

Yeah...right...never happened to me in 25 years... not during a routine service, anyway - unless you ask - and then you'll get billed...lol
I had to steal a slack handful of those little covers for my D2x body when I was in Kingston one time...along with a couple of LCD covers...:suspect:

Big boxes of them on the shelf...

Try writing a begging letter saying how all your mates who are Canon owners are taking the 'P'...
I got some free body screws this way - the funnier the letter, the better your chances - they're human after all...
 
Send an SAE to Nikon UK Spare Parts Dept and they'll send you a couple no charge.

If you don't have any luck with Nikon, drop me a line and I'll post you one.
