Nikon shutter actuations

I'm wanting to sell my Nikon D40x to fund a D90, and would like to post the shutter count.

How do I do this? I've tried googling, but there seems to be a lot of complicated steps involved

Opanda of if you have flickr just look at the more propreties link and it'll be there.

Take a photo on your camera, make sure it's the last one from the shoot

Upload to Flickr, then camera settings on the right hand side and it says the shutter count

After downloaded right click on last photo from camera,there will be "View exif/GPS/IPTC with IExif" click on menu all info is there.

Cheers for the help guys. I downloaded Opanda last night but couldn't work out how to get it to show me the info I need.

quick and simple is KUSO

just Google "kuso exif viewer" and 3MB download

then select image, right click, select "open with Kuso..."..............

I'd also just be interested to see how many I've taken. I know when I went to SA in October I took hundreds and hundreds!
