nikon tethered shooting.

hi all buying a new laptop and want to be able to use tethered shooting,
i have just tried this and its great(and free)

Have used the one the OP mentions and LR3 is so much slicker.... Download the trial version of LR3 and have a look..... But as OP is looking for a FREE option Lightroom wouldnt do

I have tethered on lightroom 3, what I would like to see when tethered is the subject on the screen before I take the photo, I have my little screen on but between the tether and hdmi and the cable to flash lead it all goes funny.

Not sure about free programs but I use this for my time lapse and it is easy to use and cheaper than the Nikon software.

Here is another but I've not tried it yet but pretty cheap.
