NIKON users - Anyone use the Save/Load Settings

I was just wondering if any Nikon users on TP ever used the Save/Load Setting item on the main Set Up menu?

I'd like to try it and see if I can save the custom settings and changes I've made to the camera I use. Not really sure what size the file would be or what card size I would need (CF).

Not tried it but the file size is likely to be minuscule. Less than 50kb would be my guess so basically any card should be suitable.
